There is a need for research to determine which factors make students forget their mistrust when interacting with AI-based chatbots to create a personalized experience that provides a response to the interaction. This involves experimenting or personalizing EdTech platforms at the meeting point of predictive analytics, natural language processing, and dialogue management through active mobility of content and virtual assistant service. In summary, e-learning chatbots are a formidable asset in modern online education.
How Else Can Artificial Intelligence Influence Education?

Mobile learning chatbots are effective because they keep students interested and involved throughout the learning process. These chatbots can use gamification strategies like quizzes, challenges, and incentives to make education more exciting and engaging for their users. Learners are more likely to be engaged and retain information presented in an interactive and entertaining format. The mobility and portability of learning chatbots for mobile devices is one of their primary selling points. Mobile devices and widespread internet access have made many instructional materials available to students at any time and location.
